I can run $150 through a paper shredder. For that price, I'd paint it up and use it as a badass helmet display.

Wow thats insanely expensive. And how much use would you get out of each head? Like 10 good cuts maybe? Of course i would jump at the chance to cut one up... but that price tho..

That's what I'm screamin'! The first thing you're gonna want to do is a downward head-split, then a complete decapitation. Then you're left with three pieces of nothing. Just squirt some lighter fluid on $150 cash and flick your Bic.

Well with good cuts probably you will only get 1 or 2, if they are good cuts. Bad cuts I'm sure you'll get a lot more. ;)

Might be beneficial for practice on point work. I'm sure it would last through a whole lot of stabs n' jabs....but, still....$150??? Daaaang.

I guess I can see why their YouTube channel withered after the add money started drying up. They must have had a lot of overhead costs (even after considering the retail markup for this product).

Hopefully their sales on KoA will help off set whatever YouTube is stiffing them. Though I have no idea what the size of either revenue is.

Looks like I am thinking about like everyone else. By the time I imported that thing I’d have about 300 USD invested and that would go a long ways towards a new sword. With the head I can expect 2 cuts, 3 at the very most. With a new sword I can expect countless cuts. I could dress Ivan up a bit with clothes, jacking the price higher, to get a different aspect of what to expect but I’m not sure what that would prove. Think I’m better off cutting free soft targets verifying my edge alignment, besides that would be easier on my sword. And continue wrapping various types/pieces of cloth when available around free jugs.

What would be pretty cool is if they offered a 'D-I-Y' kit to make your own. I'm pretty sure that there's some kind of gelatin-like stuff to be had that you could encase a fake skull into. Pump it full of blood n' gore and get to whackin'. .......Chris

I've wondered the same and have my doubts. I've cut through pig's legs and doubt if all of my swords are capable of that.

For this price if I get a full body target I'll consider. :D No need to be zombie also. I don't like storing scary looking things at my place.

www.amazon.com/dp/B074RFL5TC/few o’ those and your soft tissue of choice (reg gelatin, ballistic gelatin, latex silicone, spray foam, whatever)... You could make an Ivan head for WAYYY cheaper than this. Pain in the rear but maybe I’ll make a few just to do some sweet head splitting with bloodz. Sfx artists and cosplayers make stuff like this all the time and we don’t spend $150 doing it.

WELL FOR GODS SAKE TELL THEM TO GIVE IVAN HIS HEAD BACK. I mean isn't it bad enough he has no bones in his legs now he has no head.

150... surely their market base can't afford to spend this on like 1 or 3 hit targets right?

If it were adult sized, I could see a few helmet stands being made in my shop.
