Could you give a tutorial on how you make the targets? Like, tutorial for different levels of difficulty according to body parts? And substitute elements that can be used?

Maybe next time I'll make a video on how to make the target. :D Right now I enjoy using the PPR pipe since it really is the best kind of core I've used so far, which included chopsticks, bamboo strips, PVC piping, PVC piping + PU elastic stuff, bamboo, etc. A substitute for single PPR pipe can be 4 chopsticks core. It felt easier with 4 chopsticks core but close enough. The PPR pipe has a bigger cross section than chopsticks due to its hollow nature, which makes the feedback of cutting through it feels more resisting, stiffer and overall harder on impact. I usually gauge the diameter of the roll with my body parts as a compare. You can adjust the "bony area" by putting more or less core into it. It's easier with chopsticks since you can adjust the number accordingly. With PPR pipe, it's usually 1 pipe or 2 pipes at most. 2 pipes indicates big bone like thigh bone.

Using a longship armoury 5160H dadao against a plastic bag covered newspaper roll cored with PPR pipe.
The resistant felt in horizontal cut was tremendous. Every cut ends with a big ringing sound on the blade and the feedback was like "Man, I hit something very hard!" with a thought "is my sword tip still there on the blade?" LOL!
