  and  Out of all the non-sense fake video games out there The Witcher is the only medival one that uses plauseable dsigns. Thouh I still think the silver hand and a half monster slayer has the damned strangest cross sections I have ever seen! If you notice, it is a diamond cross section until the last 1/3d of the blade where a small fuller magically appears! The steel witcher sword on the other hand looks a lot like a long and narrow XIIA or XIIIA with a longer bare metal grip. Either way, I think both swords along with the heavy leather jacket would make for pretty cool repo products. |

I like the fuller near the end. I was THAT close to doing that on one of my latest blades, but I thought that I'd be crucified.

Nevermind just the fuller, look at the crossguard and how far down the blade it runs. I don't know if a sword can be made exactly like that to weigh under 3 1/2 pounds due to the thickness of the blade near the guard. I think it is supposed to be a 40 inch sword and the longsword 53 inches or so. I just really love the game. If you got a computer that can play it, is one of the if not the most rewarding action RPG games ever made! Very powerful compelling story line, seven chapters long. The sword fighting is incredible too! Not slow and clumsy like thoose other RPGs! Geralt, the main character is very fast with both swords. Also, each witcher blade, steel or sliver has three styles: fast, group, and strong. Each one is appropriate for a different type of opponent. The stances change as do the guard positions for each style. The work they put into making it, CD Projekt is amazing! You need a damn good computer to run it! My suggestions:
dual core 2 gig hrz processor
2 gigs ram
sata hard drive
512 ATI X1950 XTX video card. Don't get a newer x 10 video card, I had issues with a newer ATI direct x 10 card, ATI 2600HD Pro. Get a good 9x card from newegg.com. This game is worth the money! Also, if you like good books, the Witcher is based off the Last Wish. There was even a movie and a tv series for it in Poland. The Author of the series is Polish. The game comes from the book and is a continuation of it but you don't need to read the book before hand to understand the game. Either way, yeah Brenno, you got to make the Witcher's silver longsword!

sweet that means my laptop should run it no problem.
Oh and Brenno go for it. Remember there is no such thing as bad publicity when it comes to things like that. If someone complains about it it will just give other people a chance to see it for them self
