Hello everyone I recently purchased a large amount of swords from swords.net. I ended up buying double of what I wanted by a fault of my own, and I've been trying to get in contact with swords.net for days now... with no reply. I even tried calling their phone number, and it was a deadline. Does anyone here have any experience with them (bad communication or whatnot), or have I just simply given my money to a company that doesn't exist? This is my first time buying decorative weapons so this is all a bit of a confusing mess. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The owner, Jason, apparently owns a site called Swords of Might. Here are the reviews for that one; www.resellerratings.com/store/Swords_of_MightThis isn't looking good. I've read a few reviews about them from Sword Buyers Guide now, and they're either a scam or are just terrible with communication... I'm hoping they're just terrible with communication. I will call my bank yeah, and/or make a complaint with BBB.

u will either get your item without any notification months later, or u will never get it and they wont tell u sht until u complain to them many times and at that point they will tell you its out of stock and the refund from them might take months to come as well, their communication is piss poor, the worst of the worst, would recommend u dont take the risk and just get your refund from your bank asap and buy from somewhere more reputable like kult of athena who actually will respond to emails and such
I remember a while back i tried to buy a sword from swords of might and i asked them via email if they had it in stock like they said on the website, they said yes so i paid and everything and i waited for almost 2 months before asking them again wtf was going on and they told me it was out of stock. if swords.net and swordsofmight are the same owner i would avoid like the plague

What interesting though, is the fact that I purchased the swords from Swords.Net but the transaction history on my online bank statement says the money was given to Swords of Might. That was honestly my first Redflag. Since I'm living in Australia, I have no idea what my bank will be able to do about this though. I will check out those sites you mentioned, thanks.

I visited Sword of Might's site several times in the past with interest but never took the plunge. It looks like I was lucky.

Finally got a reply back. So, it turns out that they're under new management. The original owner, Jason, is no more. Spoke with a support agent and he'll be refunding my purchase. Told them its very confusing that you have two websites. Turns out that they have 3 with very little connection between them. I have hope that my money will be refunded, but I'm not holding my breath.

Greetings, I have never had any problem with orders, cancelation of back orders or the phone being answered. I have been treated well by Jason and never had a problem. This is my first time posting on SBG. I just had the opposite experience at Swords of Might for the last few years and thought this report may balance out the statements above which are not reflective of how I have been treated by Jason/Swords of Might Wishing everyone the very finest. Long time SBG reader and first time poster.
