Anime, movies, single fights or huge battles, post 'em here. It's probably a good idea to warn if your posted video contains major spoilers; also, try to post where the clip is from.
I'll start:
Movie: Sword of the Stanger. WARNING: this clip contains major spoilers.

This is a good and overlooked one: Ah yes, that's a great one. Wish I knew Spanish; I'd buy the whole movie. Which is, by the way, is called Alatriste.

Here's a clip from the movie Fury. May have some spoilers, but it doesn't really seem like there's anything major.

The last part of this clip (starting at 7.22) is pretty good. Also from Alatriste.

Dang Asad, that one was sweet. Gotta check that movie out now.... Thanks. This is a great movie, and this scene shows one of the two things that are the most ingenious and fearsome in my opinion: it shows the ingenuity of the design of the butterfly knives and also that knives in proper hands can be very deadly. This same movie also shows the true nature of unarmed combat: it is not 'street unworthy' as many self defense experts put traditional martial arts as. And it shows the might of a blade, especially a sword, in the right hands. The scenes are very original and true to technique and realistic. There is no nonsense dialogues or monologues. To the point and straight cut.

Every fight or battle in Hero (2004) with the Hong Kong megastars (Jet Li, Tony Leung, Maggie , Zhang Zhiyi, and most especially Donnie Yen) for the most beautiful (albeit fantastical) swordfighting. Samples:
Every fight in Flashpoint (again, Donnie Yen - I'm a big fan):
Every fight in Ip Man 1 (kinda obvious, Donnie Yen):
Every The Last Samurai fights and battle scenes. Shoutout to alleyway ambush:
The Raid fight scenes:
Fearless restaurant sword fight scene (some other fights were nice, some were a bit too cheesy - but lots of sword vs sword action here, biased for Chinese swordsmanship of course):
All Kung Fu Hustle fight scenes, but I absolutely love these two:
As you can see, Chinese cinema fights are amazing to watch. Fun too. Didn't include Jacky Chan movies as those were mostly acrobatics, though a notable exception is his fight vs Jet Li in the Forbidden Kingdom:
Lord of the Rings Aragon vs Uruk Hai is my number 2:
and my all time favorite, Jason Bourne:
PS: lots of honorable mentions too, even in Western cinema such as The Matrix (original, which in retrospect was just a copy of usual wuxia fight scenes in Chinese cinema), Jack Reacher, Jason Statham movies, Bruce Lee movies (can't believe this is honorable mention for me, but while the skill is amazing, the cinematography is usually not), Rain's Ninja Assassin (every fight except the last was pretty cool), classic Kurosawa fightscenes (Seven Samurai being my favorite), Nolan's Batman trilogy, Tony Jaa movies, Taken trilogy... the list i pretty much endless of course. There's a bias here for Chinese martial arts films but I truly believe they're still a cut above in the action department with the rare exceptions like the Bourne movies.

Tony Jaa Croccifixio ? I have new respect for you now... The Muay Thai Boran (Specifically Chaiya) and Krabi Krabong shown in his movies is exquisite and TOTALLY realistic, because that is what Muay Boran is. He does not show the full extent to which Muay Boran or Krabi Krabong is spread (He is foremost a stuntman of course) but still, his idea and recognition is commendable. And here is a scene that gives me Deja-Vu from my noob days in Krabi Krabong locks etc.
