Ronin's Hammer Forged/Laminated Prototype Dao

Hey guys, more from the mad scientists at Ronin Katana - here are Chris Scoggin's own words:
"Another new item on the front burner at Roninkatana.com for the Hammer Forged line.
Laminated and through hardened dragon themed dao.
The hamon on the dao is made via metal extraction down to the T-10 layer the same way Ronin's new Muramasa katana is.
In the second and third pictures, you can see the lamination clearly in the groove cut near the spine. Ronin is combining the strengths of through hardening with the shock diffusion of lamination."
Speaking personally, I've never owned a dao and always wanted one. This is a really great looking sword with some solid smithcraft behind it. I'm really looking forward to seeing more from this line.
