Welcome to the Ronin Katana Giveaway for the week of February 8 - 13, 2016!

Do you like being fancy? I like being fancy. I'll bet your favourite sword likes being fancy too. So for the month of February we will be giving away a silk sword bag every week.

This contest is brought to you by Ronin Katana and sponsored by the new Hanzo Steel #3 Black Out Ninja Assassian Sword, only $275 at Ronin Katana's main site.

In order to participate, simply reply to this thread with an answer to the Contest Question and your name will be entered into the draw. On Saturday, February 13 the winner will be announced after their name is picked using a random number generator.

As mentioned above, the prize will be a Ronin Katana silk sword bag shipped for free to your home.

The Contest Question for this week is: Besides a sword, what is your preferred melee weapon? Are you a spear guy? An axe gal? A tonfa person? Tell us AND share a picture of your off-hand weapon to enter to win!

It says on Saturday February 6th the winner will be announced, should we assume you meant the 16th since the 6th has already gone by ? But than again February 16th is not a Saturday it's a Tuesday.

I'm going to go knife also.

I'm a big fan of a basic KA-BAR USMC fighting knife. It's sturdy, low maintenance, and takes a lot of abuse. It works as a general purpose tool. It is small enough to wear comfortably and doesn't attract attention when worn, but when needed, there it is.

CRKT M-16 all metal frame. My EDC for the last 6 years. Never sharpened and use /abuse it almost daily. Still sharp as a razor and looks almost new. Not spring assisted but deployment is silky smooth and super quick. Love this knife!
