You could try Zheng Wu www.zheng-wu.com/ there swords are very attractive but I have heard they are not the best for cutting. Scott Rodell has reviewed a number of their products here forum.grtc.org/viewforum.php?f=8.
You could also contact them and ask for the sword to be specifically made by Chris Zhou himself, I once asked them abut this they said they could but it vwould br expensive.

For Custom Chinese swords these guys are the best I know of Qing Zhong sword and knife company www.qing-zhong.com/ they can and will do just about anything. Their swords are made by hand but some of the folding is done by machine, they have an option for compleaty hand made. When you compare their prices to those of Zheng Wu they are a lot better. With Zeng Wu you are paying for a name more than anything elese. Kenneth Haegard also works for Zheng Wu and is also Mr. Zhou’s apprentice so he is able to put the really fancy Zheng wu fittings on their blades as well or you could pay $2000 and get completely custom fittings from scratch. Their swords seem to hold up much better for actual use then the Zheng Wu ones. They are very flexible for one on a budget you ca get something but they can also give you the very best.
