Hi, I thought I would share some pics of the "prize" that I won in the "Design a new Higlander Sword contest". The contest was sposored by "Texas Steel Props & Replicas" & "Davis Panzer Productions". Heres a link on this board with the contest details and my winning design. viewtopic.php?f=40&t=20251*viewing note: to see the full images click on the printer icon at top right I was lucky enough to win 1st place, so I had my Choice between a shadow box with the three Higlander movie tsukas & tsubas or a shadow box with three Highlander TV show tsukas & tsubas. What Highlander fan wouldn't want a set of all 3 handles in a boxed set to hang on their wall of either the movie or TV show. It was a tough choice, but since I was introduced to Highlander through the movies, the Connor Macloed Katana's are my favorite and that's what I chose. Here are the Duncan handles that went to second place, which are just as awesome as the Connor handles. Both are awesome. It just comes down to which you prefer the best, and for me that is a fine line between the two. Both the movie handles and show handles are unique. But I ultimately went with the Movie version. Also, I cannot recommend any higher the work and craftmenship of "Texas Steel Props & Replicas"and "Point Gallery" enough!!! The shadow box handles are awesome. I have also purchased two Highlander Katana's from Daryl Kyle the owner and they could not have been any better. Awesome experience with this company. Not only do they make all things Highlander, but they can make almost anything. So do yourself a favor, and check them out. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

Cool Highlander goodies. Highlander movies and the television show are what got me interested in collecting swords.

Congrats again on your winning the contest... really cool swag you scored there! I plan on commisioning a Highlander katana in the future from Point Gallery, so it's aalways nice to see what others have gotten from them.
