Here is some of my designs I drew when I was bored. They can be hard to see as I don't have a camera, but I have made them black and white and increased contrast and decreased gamma. Inspired by the "hellgate london" templar sword. The one to the left is inspired by a blade from the anime Hellsing, and the other two is just.. well. Tactical wakizashi.

You should curve the blade more on the tac wak if you are going to have the handle like that.

sI4k: Actually for that tac wak to work with the proper cutting physics it really does need to follow the natural progression of the curve of the handle. I have been using blades like this for years and a straight blade with a curved handle doesn't work very well at all.

Not in this case rammers, that particular design with the handle like that, it will flat out not work with a straight blade.
