A quick sketch of a rapier with a swordfish motif A round blue gemstone serves as the "eye" of the fish, the grip is carved bone (or holly), and the pommel is a stylized fishtail. Attachments:

That's a good looking piece, Lemuel; and I'm not a rapier man. I like the contour of the grip and the way it seems to flow from the guard.

Beautiful, mate. Though I'd prefer the quillions curve the other way, towards the blade (in terms of useability) but I love the lines and the grip especially.

Agreed, but I gotta say that facing the direction they are now really helps bring home the swordfish motif.
