Those are indeed some impresive tools.
I am working on upgrading my leg and arm armor as we speek. I need to figure out some way to make half-gauntlets at some point too.

...and this kind of thing would be why hobbyists can never compete with mass-producers or others with access to major tools...

So for the price of a fully finished suit of armor you could get all the tools needed to make your own. You'll just blow throw a lot of spare steel sheets and time before you get good at it.

i dont even think you need a compressor...just a variable speed electric motor, some heavy guage steel tubing, custom camshaft, stiff spring and a hammer head. works just like the cam shaft and valves on your car . i bet you could build that for under a grand.
