Is there an SCA group for Hawaii? If not, then would there be anyone around here interested in forming one?

Hello again my friend. Its a small world. You belong to the Kingdom of Caid. Here is a link to help you find a group on whatever Island you are on. groups.sca-caid.org/Once you establish contact with any group in Hawaii by email, they will have more info on the closest group to you (may not be listed). They have a number of programs that may interest you. Rapier, side sword (cut&thrust), heavy rapier (longsword), rattan (heavy armored fighting), archery, axe throwing, sawing, brewing, calligraphy, beeding, cooking.... etc. Don't discount the girly stuff because if you get your wife or girlfriend involved too, you'll be able to fight more. You can go check out a practices and decide where you want to start. SCA is the cheapest way to get great training. You will also find out about other non-SCA local groups that the other people also participate in. It is really a good way to network locally.
