Website Update

oo! congratz mate! I can't wait to see this up and running. how long do you think before you'll be ready? I'm keen to learn more on this.

Great to hear Adam! ;D I think that it will be a fantastic resource because what you said earlier is very true, most other sources are kind of missing something - and there is precious little online about true swordsmanship.

No pressure, but we are all looking forward to seeing the final result!

Sure, I continue to modify and update my webpages. A website should be a living, breathing growing project.

So here's where we stand. The only pages I've yet to write up are those on the 5th of the 5 meisterhauen, the Scheitelhau, and then also a page on 'Grounding'. Other than that, the pages are all written(though they are subject to change as I deepen my understanding and/or come up with more eloquent ways of expressing it).

Other than that the only thing we're missing is pictures for the 5 meisterhauen, as well as some drills vid. clips(coming soon!).

Eventually, i'm going to add a sub-page to each of the guards pages as well as the 'cutting' page and 'gripping the sword' page which will include 'how NOT to' pics, i.e. 'this is a common error/mistake', etc.

Oh, and here's the good news. Check out the link at the bottom of the 'medieval swords' page at SBG. i'll let that speak for itself.

odd that I can get to these forums however, since 'message boards and clubs' is filtered... 0_o
