Very nice work. Have you considering adding engraving on the rondels (discs)?

Hello. I want to show you another dagger. This design was inspired by roman pugio, but of course it is not an exact replica. The blade was made of excellent D2 steel, hand forged, bright satin finish. The handle made of jatoba wood, polished , covered with beewax+ turpentine paste. Rivets are brass. A customer wanted a simple scabbard, so I made it from oxblood dyed leather stitched with linen thread. Total lenght: 30,5 cm Blade lenght: 17,5 cm s421.photobucket.com/albums/pp297/Elchon/pugio/?albumview=slideshow

Very cool pugio-inspired blade, Elchon. I've always liked the look of long handles on short blades, such as this one. Very nice looking stuff.
