Something screwy is going on with the code. All I did was qoute Butches post, copy the link and repaste here...voila. Looking good Butch!! Look forward to getting down there tomorrow. morgan - it's too late to get in on this batch, we only did a run of 15. Depending on the outcome, we may do another batch.

I really love the lines that Butch uses. Very graceful. Awesome stuff.

Hey longknives, well met.
There is an edit, quote and delete option located in the top right hand of every post you make. You must be logged in to see those. Hope that helps.
On another topic for any one who is interested; I am going down to Butches tomorrow to help where I can and also plan to take some video of the actual process. I figure to catch as much as I can on vid while doing my best to help out Butch. Thought you guys may like to see a bit of the processs in making these. Bear with me though, it may take awhile to get the video uploaded.

Fantastic Marc, I had told Butch it may be a glitch or a ghost in the machine and not much more. Onward toward the hawks!

Okay fellas, figured I'd give an update. I got down to Butches shop today and shot some video. I also got to screw up an axe, but that's another story. It'll take me a bit to get all the video shots I took in order. contrary to popular belief, I'm not that tech savy. The problem is whittling it down to under ten minutes to post on my you tube channel. I'll be as fast I can.
The first axe is scheduled to be sent out next week. After that it'll be one axe a week till completion. The SBG stamp on these will be no frills etchant and looks good IMO. Marc will be getting "SBG001". Bear with me while I get the video together, and kudos to the man who ordered 007.

I bet he's suave and handsome, but cunning and ruthless. The kind of guy that can get things done, and look sexy doing it.

Sorry fellas, I'm not going to get the video together tonight. Been a real busy weekend. I hope to have it done in the next day or so.

Okay guys, the forging video is up in the first post of this thread. It reads like an old instructive video you saw in high school. What I mean is that it is a no frills, to the point video of how these are made at Twisted Iron Forge. May make a second one showing the grinding, polish and bluing, but this one is just about the hot forging.
