Need help/advice onj my 1st fantasy sword purchase

Actually i started my topic in medieval section but then after reading and watching more and more reviews and learning more about the basics i noticed someting. Maybe i`m looking for `the one`in the wrong section. Yes i`m definitely interested in medieval swords but also i`m definitely not interested in historical accuracy, and i always feel stunned when i see a leaf shape or curved guards and coloured grips etc. So maybe yeah i was definitely in the wrong section. So i decided to carry on from here with my final thoughts and what i`m looking in my very 1st and the one sword that will be my precious. (No not a ring 
)
Considering i`m looking at dsa black knight sword with a smiling face or feanor`s sword or the sage. I definitely believe this is the true section of the forum for my searches.
My budget is around $600, at first i was thinking to buy 2x swords around 300 range but then i realised instead of going for mid range swords and buying 2x and worrying about pros and cons . I`d rather get one sword now and then maybe get another one when i have enough budget. So i am looking for a little bit close to higher end ones. I may definitely consider something up to 800-900 with a payment plant they offer. I definitely don`t want to wait 3-4 months to get it so anything that is ready to be shipped or can be shipped in few weeks will be my choice.
So what i`m after?
I`m definitely not after cutting bottles, milk containers and stuff, I`m after the purpose of a real sword. A battle weapon, defence or offence armament that we see heroes using in movies (as if movies were real). If i ever go to backyard to cut stuff yes it should cut stuff like pumkins, watermelons, some hard stuff or maybe a sheep in a half.
That`s why dsa`s abuse destruction test videos impressed me a lot when i saw them. Ok dsa isn`t obviously worth the money after all the comments and suggestions. Then i`m looking for `my sword`that looks beautiful and is a beater like a dsa knight sword.
As i stated before i don`t mind historical accuracy or anything, it doesn`t have to be from any specific movie etc either.
Definitely an aesthetic sword
Should be a nice cutter if i ever need to chop zombies heads
A good thruster
Good handling that won`t act or weird in my hand
Nothing really heavy that will tire me fast cos i don`t wanna be eaten after killing few zombies just because my arms can`t hold it any longer.
Something that will have a hot peened pommel/tang so it won`t get lose.
That will have a nice hilt and grip
Comes with a good scabbard
Will be a beater aswell that won`t break or chip fast on steel to steel contact if i need to face an armed zombie
Probably a bastard or hand and a half sword so i can use with one hand swings and two hands to cut flesh or again chop zombies heads
Leaf shapes are always impressing me and fullers oh yeah leaf with a fuller is sexy.
So i`m eliminating the really heavy ones, two handed or longswords and swords below some price range i guess or not?
I`m looking for that one perfect sword of my own, maybe that will be my only sword or one of the two that i`ll ever have.
On the other hand, these swords are ultimate art. I would just take one of them and stop looking for anything else.I guess i am attracted to leaf shape swords more than anything.
