OOAAAAHHHH!!!! I am so jealous. Wish they'd catalog that one as a regular item. And also do that hilt on the Norman/Senlac blade.

Holy WOW, William. Where'd you pick that up? The pictures look like they're from the Albion main site, but I've never spotted a custom piece like that there before.
Seriously gorgeous.

I swear dude I only hesitated a second on that one. It looks a lot like Rob Starks sword in "Game Of Thrones". I really do hope they make it a regular catalog item. Lunaman, You have to watch the Albion Facebook page like a HAWK! That sword never even made it to the Filmswords site where it was supposed to be posted. Our Billiam moved quick he did.

To be honest, it was on Facebook for a few days until I pulled the trigger. I looked at it at first and thought it would sell in a matter of a day or so but was there a day or so later. It is a light and fast sword. Any other pommel type and I would have passed on it. They should offer it as a regular production model.

Mmmhmm. She's attractive. Like a sprightlier St. Maurice of Turin.

Nice grab Bill, it is a great looking sword. This would have be the centre piece of your collection.

Thanks guys. The drawing point for me was the pommel and that it is a 1-off sword that makes it feel like a custom for a production price.

That is just a beautiful sword. I checked his website and am thinking about the possibility in the near future but wonder what his waiting list is like :-)
Great purchase Mike!

Great Scott, a Patrick Barta blade in the flesh! She's breathtaking.
...I demand a cutting video. Even pool noodles. I just want to see it move.

Woooooow... I saw it's for sale and regreted that I'm just a poor student with no funds to buy it. I remember drooling over it when it first appeared on myarmoury... The inlay in the blade is nielo if I remember well? :-O

Second that!! I've never seen a cutting vid with a Barta sword, not sure one even exists on the internet so don't you dare letting us wait for one in vain!

Mike absolutely stunning workmanship on that custom blade. The good stuff always comes up when you got no money, i'd say that one is a keeper.
