Ineffableone-
I had thought of it as you had- that the nock point would come installed. But as you re-read it so did I now and maybe it is just included for me to set where I like; we'll know soon I hope Still, I like that Andover states what they include and often include all the little extra's just to be sure a new user has what they need (even if they don't know what they need).
I'm not sure how many strands the dacron string they include will be, nor do I know if the bow is accepting of a ff string. I have some trepidation over using a ff as I have heard about them damaging bows. Do they have a major effect on accuracy?
I like that the Osprey has no bushings unless ordered- I love the visual appeal of wood grain (as you may know I have a small woodworking shop in my garage),and the uninterrupted look is just right for me.

Fast Flight strings can damage a bow that can't handle the performance boost the strings give, yes. That was why even though Andover stated the Osprey can use any synthetic string I would suggest specifically asking them if Fast Flight is included before trying it. Fast Flight strings are amazing, and after using them I would never want any other type of string. The added boost they give is just amazing, though one semprini you might hear often is they are smaller than other strings. They produce the same power and strength with less, so end up as a smaller diameter than other strings. Which can mean you might have to add a bit extra to the serving to get them to fit your arrow nock well. While others add serving string I took a different route and added some plumbers tefflon tape. It has the ability to stick to itself but is smooth and allows for an easy release. A couple wraps around my nock point and it allows my nocks to hold perfectly but lets the nock go extremely well for release.
As for FF and accuracy, no effect other than what ever you are doing. It adds power and speed to the bow but no change in accuracy unless you don't have properly spined arrows. As I mentioned my 50# bow takes arrows spined 55# to 60# because of the FF string. If I was to use 50# spined arrows my accuracy would be off a bit.
