Looks like a throwing knife to me no furthor finishing needed. (In other words I cant think of anything.)

That's what my wife said. But the problem with leaving it as a throwing knife is, nobody would buy it

With a short blade like that, why not turn it into a punch dagger?

The blade is reminisent of a serpent head. I'd make the handle mimic the scaled body of a snake. A green linen based micarta tapered would give the correct effect or a carved/painted wood grip would also work.

So. You get some leather, a few rivets, and a complete disregard for physics, then you turn it into a glove wherin the blade projects forth from above the middle knuckle.
Then you climb to whatever podiumesque situation you can get and scream "CURSE YOU WOLVERIIIIIIIIIINE" and weep.
In seriousness, I thought it would be cool as a little dart-y throwing-knife as well. But maybe a little curved-w shaped wood or micarta scales grip and turn it into a little pushknife. Add a little sheathey thing of wood and turn it into a necklace.

Id rivet thin wood pannels and wrap some kind of reptile skin leather over said pannels and call it dragon scale

Well, it's quite a bit shorter than that. Total blade length is something like 2 inches.
That..... That is a pretty damn good idea. "Dragon Scale Knife" seems like something people might dig.

Mmm, I like the dragon-scale idea, but here's what I would do personally- make a stretched teardrop cutout in the tang(?), and do something like this (excuse the bloody pic) Imagine that there is no ring, and the cord at the end is tied off kind of like on the CRKT Hisshou. Edit: If you don't want cord, and you're going for a leathery sort of approach I'm sure you could use something similar to what hanwei puts on their swords (although personally I'm not a big fan of leather wraps, all up to you though). Kind of gives it a snake-ey sort of look imo. It's also probably one of the most practical things to do with it as its so small. IMHO, putting elaborate wood scales on a knife that small isn't really worth it; mostly because it adds to thickness, and offsets balance. I'm a fan of very slim profiles...

I would go with something like this: Leather to compliment the metal, asymmetrical for better handling.

Enlarge the current hole big enough to feed paracord through. Another hole that big at the far end of the tang, and give the tang some grip notches lined up with the far hole. Attach paracord to far hole, simple quick circle wrap (doubled) up the tang to the hole at the blade. go though hole and run it straight back down to the other hole. Unravel and use it as a necklace knife, with the ability to quickly wrap handle, through hole and end secured by your hand while using.
