All right, that's enough. I wanted to slowly collect my way up in size, starting with some big knives I have en route...now I have to skip all the way to a longsword. You're messing up the rotation, Sean. Shame, I rain it upon you.
Great review of an attractive sword. I'm all ways torn between fish tail and scent stoppers for pommel selections, you've made up my mind. Any thing you would have done differently? Maybe an oxblood grip?

Fish Tail and scent stopper pommels are my favorite as well... the only thing I would do differently on the Steerboard is possibly get a center grip ring, they add a lot of flare to the sword... and a different guard. I got the upturned guard to match my Landlord... so the swords would appear to be a family... but I don't feel that upturned guard works well on the longsword.

Hmm that`s my plan aswell to see the swords as a family with different blades. Do you think steerboard would work with wolf guard or it would look really weird and unbalanced?

Balance would be fine, but please note that any use of the Wolf fittings, whether the pommel or guard, constitutes as a Morrigan (and its pricing), since the Morrigan fittings are part of our Signature collection (well-known Odinblades designs) rather than the standard basic lineup.
