ok,im going to bite the bullet and buy either an atlantean or fathers sword, the problem is i just can't decide :? i like parts of both designs, and dont like others,i love the fathers blade but dont like the pommel, and i like the langets on the atlantean but prefer the gaurd on the fathers sword,so im curious as to which one comes out top,i just cant make my mind up,i would love both but can only afford 1,they both call to me though

The Father's sword has some very attractive elements but for me it's the Atlantean all the way

I'm for with the Fathers sword this time since I already owned two of the Atlatean's and now own the ultimate ..Antediluvian I think Jeffrey said he wont make a exact reproduction of the Fathers sword anymore. So barring that the Windless for that price is worth a try. Funny but paying almost 3k for a Jeffrey sword seems like a good deal. Somehow paying 3k for an Albion doesnt?

To each his own. Either way you can't go wrong. You can have a reproduction done off the original casts by the original designer of the original sword or pay the same price for someone's interpretation, albeit a very good one.
On topic though I'd go with the Atleantean. It's just THE quintessential Conan sword, at least for me. Who am I kidding though, given the funds I'd just get one now andy the other later anyway.

The thing is when you order a Fable Blades & Jeffrey Robinson Antidiluvian for about the same price; you get two people who are totally accountable for the sword, and who instill every micro-detail in a single unit production by hand. We are totally committed over the weeks to making your sword and your sword only. You can specify your exact preference in blade length/profile, grip length, materials, patina, level of surface finish to the bronzes, etching content, bevel grind and edge geometry... you name it. It's YOUR sword, it has a piece of YOU in it, It has spirit. You don't get that from Albion. You get a computer cut duplicate and worker finished replica out of a run of 1000(#?).
I voted Atlantean BTW. Those Father's sword sculptures are a bit too wrong for me.

I'm only kidding dude. I couldn't resist taking a dig at that comment. Believe me, your work speaks for itself.

I'd vote for the Father's sword as I like that blade and have always liked that sword better, but the hilt parts just look to goofy compared to the movie version. I'd vote for the Atlantean but the blade on it looks kind of funny. On the plus side, if you get the Fathers and then break it, it will look like it did at the end of the movie and you can hang it on the wall like that!
