Sorry to take so long to chime in on this thread, great design Sir Tre, I practice euro longsword so this pell might be a little light for me , but using a log instead of PVC, and an aluminum flat bar (2X1/4) instead of the fiberglass whip would make it heavy duty enuff for even Tsafa and certainly for me. I like Liams idea of adding the other two pieces for high and low cuts too.
I'm gonna whip one up in the shop some time this week and try it out, I'll let you know how it pans out.
