Hey what are you guys shooting? Mine is a backed bow of 30# that I use 1/4" dowels, Which I fletch with turkey feathers, sharpen with a pencil sharpener. Draw length stablizes as I improve my aim. I've a burlap bag target filled with burlap bags.

At the moment I'm shooting a 110# Oscar Maisel laminate Warbow with home made wood arrows. The points are short bodkins but the nocks are plastic unfortunately. When summer (that's southern hemisphere summer!) rolls around I intend to make around 2 dozen self nocked arrows and perhaps a few 1/2 inch battle shafts as well. Luckily I have my own earth Archery butt in my garden which gives me a good 20 yard range to practice in.

I'm shooting my 68# selfbow several times a week, awaiting a remake of my ~42# bow for warmup and cooldown. For my practice and hunting purposes, I am using mostly Gold Tip Expedition Hunters with 125 gr tips. Both for broadheads for hunting and field tips for practice. If anyone knows where I might find Heavier tips, both field tips/bodkins and broadheads, I'd appreciate a heads up.
