Hey, Cenomorf! Welcome to the forum, man. Glad to have you around. I'm not personally all that familiar with the 'specialness' of T-10 steel in relation to swords, but I've read many people's statements on it and from what I've seen, T-10 is really just 1095. In other words, good steel, but nothing special. And while the SBG swords ARE good, there are a LOT of great deals out there right now, so if you're planning on buying something, I suggest you take a look around, personally. For example, Hanwei is selling their Musashi and Tori lines for extremely low prices right now. Anyway, I hope this helps, and again- welcome to the forum! -Slayer

Welcome aboard. The collective wisdom here is immense. Ask anything you like and we should find an answer or three. MT

Hello cenomorf, pleased to meet you! You could do a lot worse than the SBG swords from what I hear but Slayer has some good advice, I think. I look forward to seeing you around.
