For the last few days I've been messing around in the guts of the SBG Sword Store, something that always makes me a little nervous as it is the engine that makes SBG possible...
Anyway, I am pretty sure that the changes made there are an improvment in how it looks, navigates and feels - as well as some important updates on the various swords for sale there that gives potential shoppers more info.
The purpose of this post is to get some feedback though. I am hoping some of you guys can take a look at it and make some suggestions. Maybe some things could be worded better. Perhaps even a 'store slogan' or something might be in order.
What I'd really like is for you guys to run a critical eye over the store and let me know what you feel is missing, or if there is anything that might put people off.
I really do take customer service very seriously, and spent at least half a day answering enquiries, looking after customers, processing orders, etc - with the other half dedicated to planning and growing the main site. But I just want to know if there is anything I can do to help get the message across 'these are good swords that I personally recommend and believe in, and by shopping here - you are helping grow the site and fund the competitions, etc'
There is only one word for this site; and that is HONEST! Not a hell of a lot we can say or ask for more than that one key word.
Paul, Thanks for the honesty…and everyone here , I thank you for the honest feedback and reviews. I bought a few swords on the reviews written here and they lived up to every letter of the review. This is not something we get everyday in our world of advertising and bullsemprini…Like a breath of fresh air in a crap house. lol (you think I could have been more poetic) This site is honest!
So again, Thanks for everything guys and gals.
And a happy new year to you Paul, and everyone here!!!!
