Does anyone have a Windlass Shasqua? If so what do you think of it? Is the blade very whippy? Thanks Oops, just found a review. It doesn't sound all that great.

Hello Gator
You probably read my review. The blade isn't whippy but handling is mediocre, at best. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this blade unless you can have it at a low price.

The Weaponedge version does look a lot better!
Does Weaponedge make naval dirks and Scottish dirks for Cold Steel? They look very similar.

Um, yes they are very very similar except for mine cost less (dont forget discounts for SBG) and you will have to sharpen Weaponedge ones yourself. I did get them to send them sharpened a few times, but it was a mean bevel and they stopped doing it for me because it makes exporting harder for them. Am looking at offering sharpening (after I learn how to and buy that awesome belt sander I have my eye on) in the future.
Cheers,
Rob
