Hey! I never thought of that! That's a great idea. Maybe mix 2 or 3 songs with changing tempo to match the pace of the action? Something like that? Hmmm...wheels are turning.

I was testing my Hanwei Bastard sword today, after repairing the pommel. I will get a post up soon about the process. In any event, I was testing it and decided to setup the video camera so I could actually see how it handled. I filled the pommel with lead to totally change the PoB and the handling. I'm reasonably satisfied with how it turned out... ANYway...I mixed in some funny music and posted the video on youtube. But the song is a bit "potty-mouthed" in a couple of places so I'm not linking to it here. I figure if someone wants to go to the trouble of finding it on youtube, you're adult enough to listen...and laugh.

yes! this song was used to great effect (as i'm positive mike already knows) in dawn of the dead. the levity is welcome and great work as usual, mike.

It's that Hanwei Bastard Sword that had the pommel fall off. I put the same pommel back on and filled it with molten lead. I am evaluating how good of a solution that turns out to be before adding it to the post about the sword.

yeah, i saw that was the latest version of your hanwei bastard but i didn't remember ever reading about the dimensions and whatnot before the ugly incident. hope it works out for you!
p.s. you have far too many swords and it is high time you start selling them to me at incredibly low prices.
