Here we go... my pell: and fitted with a tire for striking test... Of course, the tire can be fitted in different positions on the pell, and the pell is used sometimes without tire with heavy-duty suburi bokken... also known as big ole tree limbs.

Looks good Adam. It looks sturdy enough so you can hang one more tire by rope further down and some low shots too.
If you find it tipping over, you can place some bags of dirt around the base. In my case I placed a tire around the base to weigh it down.

It's a newstirlingarms waster actually. Purplehearts aren't as sturdy nor as well balanced.
