An excellent in depth, honest, tell-it-like-you-see-it review Bill. Very well done with the vids. I really appreciated the I-33 sparring demo vid. You look pretty good to me with sword and buckler. I wish that I had a sparring partner as sparring must be very, very important in truly learning the sword.
I'm guessing that is the English flag.
Thank you and Karma to you.

Bill, good review- very straight and to the point. I appreciate reviews like this better than the number score system; you give your impressions and leave it up to us to draw our own conclusions.

Good review BIll, I especially appreciate the end-on picture of the scabbard sowing that the throat will not contact the blade. wouldn't be a big deal with a blunt but a sharp doesn't like that.
I had figured that the grip would come in too thin on this one, it seems all the H/T grips are pretty Anorexic.
I wonder if your blunt has a better polish on it than my sharp because I thought mine had a pretty rough polish. very even but very coarse/deep scratches.
I cannot watch the videos yet but I am looking forward to it.
+1 for a great review.

Very nice and informative review, Bill. Thank you for showing and telling it so clearly. I have been eyeing an EMSHS sharp as a project sword. I was planning on reworking the grip. Now I know I would have to add some beef to the grip width as well, if I decide to actually go through with the project.
Your review has answered questions for me, and brought up a point of two that I hadn't thought of. It's a big help, thanks.
